Allied has been calling me for months to buy my supplies from them. I finally called them back when i was entised also at the 3 power supplies new for 45.00 free shipping. I google them and there is so many complaints against them. Will from Allied called today but I think Ive been warned by everyone's posts to stay away from them! I've been shorted,passed around, ignored or upset with every vendor i've dealt with. Everyone makes mistakes. it's all about having a good sales rep, and knowing the person you're dealing with isn't a new guy off the streets, and that your rep is fluent in computers AND what he does for the company. We've all asked for the manager or had bad service from a company before, certainly does not dictate the entire level of service they have to offer. I'm with home dude about the free shirt. I got a 4gb flash drive instead with my power supplies. If a sales person calls me I just tell them I have a rep with Allied and they move on to the next order. Remember most businesses in fact maybe all has one major issue so give Allied the opportunity to provide you with the product necessary to run your business.
