that's funny, that with the good and bad reviews, you thanked em for the bad review. Why? why is is that you believe the bad review, but with names and references of good reviews you still choose to thank for the negativity? sounds close minded and very spiteful. I've been shorted, passed around, ignored or upset with every vendor i've dealt with. Everyone makes mistakes. it's all about having a good sales rep, and knowing the person you're dealing with isn't a new guy off the streets, and that your rep is fluent in computers AND what he does for the company. We've all asked for the manager or had bad service from a company before, certainly does not dictate the entire level of service they have to offer. I'm with home dude about the free shirt. I got a 4gb flash drive instead with my power supplies. My advice, if it's any concern, call in and ask for a manager and then place your order, that way you know it's solid and you rep is experienced. that's all.

Allied Semiconductor has been very helpful to me and my business, If anyone is going to get upset over a few phone calls just needs to get over it or change their number. If a sales person calls me I just tell them I have a rep with Allied and they move on to the next order. Remember most businesses in fact maybe all has one major issue so give Allied the opportunity to provide you with the product necessary to run your business.
